We are so excited to introduce you to our new BIGLOVE Campaign!
First here's the what and why.
When I was growing up, one of the things that my parents stressed to us the most was the importance of always saying "thank you" and that being grateful for things, as well as the people in our lives, wasn't just a feeling but also an action. Now that I am a small business owner those same principles are something that I've always tried to implement at the shop too.
The one area that has long stumped me however, is social media. How exactly do I show our followers my gratitude? I feel an genuine sense of thankfulness for each person that chooses to follow us; each one of their 'likes', every single comment, and all the times a person has shared our posts or tagged a friend. I really do notice all of those things and they may seem small but they make a big difference to me. I also know that some have been loyal-likers for years and yet we've never even met in person. That kind of steadfast support is a HUGE thing to me! Growing a small business can be an uphill battle, and each one of those 'likes' helps us to get a little bit closer to where we want to be.
Well, I thought long and hard about what the best way for me to show my appreciation would be. Finally I came up with what we are calling
The BIGLOVE Campaign
Each month I will choose a two of our followers that I've noticed have been showing us a lot of love and send that person a little something to show the love right back! Things like a Ladybug gift card, a special discount or coupon code, or maybe just a little care package filled with some of my favorite things! Now here's the part that I think is extra important to know - you don't need to buy a single thing from us to be eligible to win. I understand that support for small businesses comes in many forms, and I am thankful for all of them.
The first two winners will be chosen at the end of March and we will announce them on Instagram, Facebook and right here! I'm really excited about this and can't wait to see where it takes us.
